We had a great stay in this hotel - spacious and clean rooms with free parking and fast internet. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide range of choices. Additionally, it was conveniently located close to the U train and situated in a quiet area near Ottobrun.

The hotel was conveniently located near the S-bahn, making it easy to explore Munich. the hotel was situated in an industrial area which didn't provide any exciting views or surroundings. the room was clean and modern with a fully equipped bathroom. the breakfast had a good variety of continental dishes. the small lounge area had cold drinks and snacks with an honesty book.

The hotel lacked character and charm. It was a little bland and didn't offer any unique features to enhance the stay.

The hotel had no elevator which made it hard to carry my heavy luggage to the room on the second floor. the room's temperature was extremely hot, there was no air-conditioning, and opening the windows did not help much.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Munich and it exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was impressive, from the newly furnished rooms to the great modern walk-in showers. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the view onto a little brook outside my room - it added a peaceful touch to my stay.
